HRV Mens Basketball got their second win in a row Saturday with a 53-27 win over the Columbia Bruins from White Salmon, WA. The team got off to a slow start trailing 0-4 after 4 minutes of play. However, a 3-pointer by JJ Mears got the scoring going and the Eagles never looked back. The Eagles led 20-10 at halftime after the slow start. Dakota Kurahara led the scoring with 15 points and Braxton Wilson and Jonah Tactay each kicked in 8. The win moves HRV to 5-7 on the season heading into the last week before Conference play.

The Eagles are trying to reschedule a game for Tuesday or Wednesday this coming week, while preparing for the Columbia River Conference opener at Pendleton on Friday, January 20.
