HRV Football will begin its next phase in preparation for the 2017 season. Starting July 2, “July Conditioning and Skills Workouts” will begin. These voluntary work-outs are held to improve athletes fitness and skill as we get closer to the season. Athletes who are in shape will decrease their chances of injury and be better suited for the demands of the physicality of the sport. Family vacations and games from other summer sports will always have priority.
July workouts will be held Monday/Wednesday/Thursdays.
8am-10am: Lifting and position skill workout (HRV Football Staff).
5pm-7pm: General conditioning (Held by our Trainer Chris Rogers).
5pm-6pm – Lifting.
6pm-7pm – General conditioning with Coach Rogers (all athletes not attending 7 on 7).
6pm-8pm??- 7 on 7 vs. other Gorge area teams (All QBs, RBs, WRs, LBs, DBs).
