Girls Swimming Wins First meet of the season vs. Gresham 129-40

The Girls Swim Team won their opening meet against Gresham by a score of 129-40. Double event winners included Sarah Arpag (100 fly/100 back) and Celilo Brun (200 IM/100 breast) along with captains Alea McCarty (200 free/500 free) and Faith Ocheskey (50 free/100 free). Boys Swimming loses close match against Gresham 72-80

The Boys Swim Team lost their opening meet by only 8 points against Gresham – 72 -80. It was a full team effort, in that all boys who swam scored points for the Eagles. Leading the point total was Ethan Yoakum won won both the 50 free and 100 breaststroke. Captain Chad Klaas took 2nd
